Warm Welcome to Our “Cottage in Sazava Region” Pages.

We are happy to offer three wonderful cottages for rent, together or individually. The property is located in the center of a picturesque and tranquil village of Uzice near Kutna Hora and nearby the town of Sázava (only approx. 55 km east of Prague along D1 highway direction Brno, exit No. 34 – Sázava), Czech Republic. The energy-saving houses were built in 2015 and with their situation and facilities they provide an ideal place for your relaxing and peaceful holidays, as well as fun and active time all the year through. 

Our property comes with comfortable accommodation and equipment for families with children including babies, but will as well perfectly fit groups of adults with no kids. Each cottage has 8+2 beds with the possibility of adding travel cots.

The property is completely fenced and the entrance can be locked with a forged gate to secure maximum safety and privacy.

All cottages provide full equipment for families with small kids. Please find all items available in the list ALL FOR KIDS.

Each cottage comprises of a stylish open-plan kitchen with a dining area and a lounge on the ground floor, furnished with  two- and three-seat sofas and a comfort bringing wood stove, a large play-room , two-seat infra-sauna and a bathroom with a shower and a toilet.  

The first floor consists of two separate loft-bedrooms (4 and 4+2  beds), a toilet, while the staircase has a safety barrier to prevent kids from falling.

Outdoor facilities make an integral part of the cottage. Well-kept garden is adapted primarily for families with children. You can spend your family active time using the following facilities:

• Outdoor trampoline, diameter of 366 cm
• Outdoor whirlpool with 120 jets, water heating and a firm cover
• Inflatable pool for babies and toddlers
• Playground for kids - climbing wall, swings, slide, jungle gym
• Sand pit 2x2 m
• Wooden playhouse for children
• Terrace for relaxing moments
• Outdoor charcoal grill with a lava stone
• Open fireplace 

Indoor play-room offers lots of fun for kids of all ages. The adults can enjoy table games, pétanque, electronic darts, outdoor darts and much more.

Wi-Fi internet is provided for FREE.

The property is non-smoking.

Pets allowed after previous agreement.

The cottages have their own wastewater treatment facility, so we ask guests kindly not to engage any chemicals in wastewater and use only those available at the cottage. 

Facilities:

Bathroom – walk-in shower, toilet, hand towels, bath towels, hand soap, toilet paper, hair-dryer, baby bathtub with bath sling, changing pad, potties, toilet seat for kids.

Kitchen – all necessary kitchenware, fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, convection oven, dishwasher (2 tabs per day for free, additional tabs for CZK 5 each), microwave oven, kettle, hand blender with additional stirring rod and chopper, toaster, indoor contact grill, KRUPS Dolce Gusto coffee maker (coffee capsule available for CZK 7 / piece), dishwashing liquid, dishwashing sponge, dishtowels, trash bags, children plastic plates, bowls, cups, cutlery. Salt, pepper, vinegar and other spices available too.

Lounge – TV and satellite with TV or radio function, wood stove (equipped with a safety barrier)

Other - bedding incl. spare pieces, iron, cleaning products, BBQ roasting sticks, large picnic mat, garden furniture, charcoal available for the price of CZK 80 / bag 2.5 kg) and a lot more.

The guests are welcome to taste our Moravian wine available in 0.7 l bottles (in 12-packs) for the prices stated next to them (avg. price of CZK 100,-/bottle). Guests will be charged at check-out for wine consumed.
